Banana chips

Ingredients :

8 medium green bananas

oil

Salt

Optional : pepper / chilli powder

Procedures :

1. Peel the 8 medium green bananas and cut each one small circular shape.

2. Put every slices in a bowl. Add 1 or 2 tablespoon of oil over the slices and some salt.

3. Airfry the slices of bananas for 8-10 minutes at 160 degrees. If no airfry available, then fry the banana chips in deep hot oil till golden brown and crispy.
