Banana loaf

Ingredients :

Dry ingredients :

6-7 medium sized riped bananas, 256 g white flour, 3 tablespoon milk powder, 50g sugar,, 2 tablespoon baking powder

Wet ingredients :

2 eggs, 75g oil, 2 tablespoon vanilla essence

Procedures :

1.In a bowl, mash the 6-7 medium sized bananas.

2. Add wet ingredients sugar, oil, eggs and vanilla extract in the banana mixture.

3. In another bowl, add 256g sifted white flour, 3 tablespoon milk powder and sifted baking powder.

4. Add the dry ingredients (flour mixture) to the wet ingredients (banana mixture). Stir both and mix.

5. Leave the banana mixture to rest for one hour at room temperature.

6. After leaving to rest, preheat oven for 15-20 minutes at 180 degrees.

7. Grease a loaf tin with butter and some flour. Pour banana mixture in tin.

8. Bake the banana loaf at 180 degrees in oven for 50-60 minutes.

8. Demould when banana loaf has cooled.
