








Ingredients :
Pastry dough
400 mg flour
Unsalted butter 220 mg
6 tbspoon liquid milk
Banana Filling
8-10 ripe bananas medium size
50mg brown sugar or to taste
2 tablespoon cocoa powder
1 tablespoon vanilla essence
Procedures :
1.Sift 400 mg plain white flour in a bowl.
2. Add little by little cold butter to the flour mixture.
3. Rub in the flour and butter till a grainy sandy texture.
4. Add little by little liquid milk to form a soft malleable dough.
5. Place dough in refrigerator for some time till you cook the bananas.
6. Peel bananas. With a fork mash all the bananas till soft.
7. Add the bananas in a saucepan. Cook on low or medium flame.
8. keep stirring.
9. Add 50 mg of brown sugar. Keep mixing.
10. Add cocoa powder and continue to cook till the bananas become brown.
11. Add 1 tablespoon of vanilla essence. Mix and cook.
12. Set aside to cool.
13. Use paper moulds or pastry moulds to place in the pastry dough. Prick the dough with a fork to allow air inside.
14. Fill in the banana mixture in the molds.
15. Roll in the pastry dough to make fine strips. Make crosses over the banana mixture with the pastry dough strips. Use some liquid milk to brush the top strips for the golden look of banana pastries.
16. Preheat oven 180 degrees for 10 minutes.
17. Then cook the banana pastries 180 degrees for 25 minutes or more. Keep checking the dough if cooked and golden brown.
