Beetroot salad

Ingredients :

1 medium size beetroot

1 egg

1 carrot

1 potato

salt

olive oil

Optional : onions

Procedures :

  1. Wash the medium size beetroot.
  2. Leave the skin on the beetroot. Cut into 4 quarters.
  3. Wash the potato and cut into half. Leave the skin on it.
  4. Wash the carrot and cut into half. Leave the skin on the carrot.
  5. Boil an egg for 8-10 minutes ..soft boiled
  6. Put water in a pressure cooker. Add salt.
  7. Place the beetroot quarters, the halves of potato and carrots in the pressure cooker to cook on medium flame.
  8. After the whistle blows some 3-4 times, open the lid of cooker.
  9. Check with a knife if the beetroot, potato and carrot are soft.
  10. Peel off the skin of the vegetables. Dice the beetroot, potato and carrot into small cubes to make a salad. Add slightly salt and olive oil. Enjoy the beetroot salad with bread, fish, cabbage and cucumber slices.
