

Ingredients :
1 medium size beetroot
1 egg
1 carrot
1 potato
salt
olive oil
Optional : onions
Procedures :
- Wash the medium size beetroot.
- Leave the skin on the beetroot. Cut into 4 quarters.
- Wash the potato and cut into half. Leave the skin on it.
- Wash the carrot and cut into half. Leave the skin on the carrot.
- Boil an egg for 8-10 minutes ..soft boiled
- Put water in a pressure cooker. Add salt.
- Place the beetroot quarters, the halves of potato and carrots in the pressure cooker to cook on medium flame.
- After the whistle blows some 3-4 times, open the lid of cooker.
- Check with a knife if the beetroot, potato and carrot are soft.
- Peel off the skin of the vegetables. Dice the beetroot, potato and carrot into small cubes to make a salad. Add slightly salt and olive oil. Enjoy the beetroot salad with bread, fish, cabbage and cucumber slices.
