Bessan laddoo

Ingredients :

1 cup besan flour

1/4 cup ghee

1/4 tsp cardamon

Icing sugar to taste

Procedures :

  1. In a bowl, sift 1 cup bessan.
  2. In a large pan, heat 1/4 cup ghee.
  3. Add the besan flour in the ghee and stir on low heat.
  4. Wait for 8 minutes for the bessan to loosen. Keep stirring.
  5. After 8 minutes of stirring, bessan will loosen up and become a golden paste.
  6. Roast bessan for 20-35 minutes.
  7. Allow to cool.
  8. Add icing sugar and mix.
  9. Add 1/4 tsp of cardamom and mix.
  10. With bessan dough, make round shape.
