













Ingredients :
1 cup besan flour
1/4 cup ghee
1/4 tsp cardamon
Icing sugar to taste
Procedures :
- In a bowl, sift 1 cup bessan.
- In a large pan, heat 1/4 cup ghee.
- Add the besan flour in the ghee and stir on low heat.
- Wait for 8 minutes for the bessan to loosen. Keep stirring.
- After 8 minutes of stirring, bessan will loosen up and become a golden paste.
- Roast bessan for 20-35 minutes.
- Allow to cool.
- Add icing sugar and mix.
- Add 1/4 tsp of cardamom and mix.
- With bessan dough, make round shape.
