


Either (2) deep fry the bitter gourd or (3) sautee with onions.
Ingredients :
1 bitter gourd
salt
1 onion
1-2 tbsp oil
Procedures :
- Wash a bitter gourd and cut both ends.
- Cut the bitter gourd in circular slices.
- Soak the slices of bitter gourd in salt water to remove the bitterness. After 30 minutes drain the water out.
- In a pan heat oil.
- Cut one onion to slices.
- In hot oil, fry the onions and bitter gourd. Add some salt. Cover and let cook till soft.
- Remove from oil. Serve with rice and curry.
