Black grass jelly with fruits

Ingredients :

1 packet of black grass jelly powder for 4 persons

05 litres Water

3 teaspoon Sugar/ syrup

Fresh fruits : 1 small pineapple, 10-15 white grapes

1-2 tablespoon of Nestle dessert cream or yogurt or ice cream or creme fouetté Chantilly

2 gauffrettes cigares

Procedures :

1.In a pan, add 0.5 litres of water. Pour in the grass jelly powder content in water. Put the mixture to boil up to 6 minutes of cooking.

2. Add sugar to your taste.( I added 3 teaspoon of brown sugar to the black grass jelly.)

3. Keep stirring so the mixture don’t stick to the bottom of pan. Cook on medium flame.

4. After 6 minutes, remove the pan from stove.

5. Pour the black grass jelly in a glassware and allow to cool.

Optional : After cooling for one hour, you can refrigerate the grass jelly.

6. Once the grass jelly is set and has solidified, you can cut the jelly into square shapes sizes.

7. Wash and cut pieces of pineapple and grapes.

8. You can use nestle dessert cream/yogurt/ice cream/creme fouetté Chantilly as top up. 1-2 tablespoon

9. In a dessert cup, put a layer of black grass jelly, add a layer of pineapple, add a layer of white grapes, again add a layer of black grass jelly and cream. Add 2 gauffrettes cigares in the cup. Enjoy!
