Bread pudding

Ingredients :

2 medium size french baguette

water

4 tbsp milk powder

2-3 tbsp custard powder

Sugar/chocolate chips/raisins/almonds to taste

2 eggs

1 tbsp vanilla essence

Procedures :

1.Cut 1 baguette bread into pieces and soak in water for 1 hour

2. After 1 hour, strain and remove all water retained in bread by squeezing in with a towel.

3. In a bowl, add the bread, 4 tbsp of milk powder, 2-3 tbsp custard powder, 25 g of sugar or chocolate pieces or grated, almond flakes, raisins. Mix well all these dry ingredients.

4. Add 2 beaten eggs and 1 tbsp vanilla essence to the dry ingredients.

5. Grease a rectangular mould with butter.

6. Pour the bread pudding batter in the rectangular shape mould.

7. Preheat oven at 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes.

8. Cook bread pudding in oven at 180 degrees over 50-60 minutes till golden brown.
