Bread pudding in airfryer

Ingredients :

1 and a half medium sized french baguette

4 tbsp of milk powder

2 eggs

1 tbsp vanilla essence

sugar to taste

dried raisins a handful

almond flakes

coconut powder

2 tbsp butter

Procedures :

  1. Break bread into smaller pieces and soak in a vessel of water. Soak for one hour approximately.
  2. After one hour drain the water. With the aid of a kitchen towel, drain completely the bread till dry.
  3. Now add the following ingredients – 4 tbsp milk powder, 2 eggs, sugar, vanilla essence, dried raisins, almond flakes, 2 tbs butter. Have a mix.
  4. Now butter a round shape mould.
  5. Insert the bread pudding batter in the mould.
  6. Bake in airfryer for 30 minutes at 180 C.
  7. Check cooking inside.
  8. If cooked demould.
  9. Sprinkle coconut powder on top!
