














Ingredients :
1 and a half medium sized french baguette
4 tbsp of milk powder
2 eggs
1 tbsp vanilla essence
sugar to taste
dried raisins a handful
almond flakes
coconut powder
2 tbsp butter
Procedures :
- Break bread into smaller pieces and soak in a vessel of water. Soak for one hour approximately.
- After one hour drain the water. With the aid of a kitchen towel, drain completely the bread till dry.
- Now add the following ingredients – 4 tbsp milk powder, 2 eggs, sugar, vanilla essence, dried raisins, almond flakes, 2 tbs butter. Have a mix.
- Now butter a round shape mould.
- Insert the bread pudding batter in the mould.
- Bake in airfryer for 30 minutes at 180 C.
- Check cooking inside.
- If cooked demould.
- Sprinkle coconut powder on top!
