Broccoli muffin

Broccoli, carrot, cheese muffin recipe

Ingredients :

2 cups of white flour

3 tablespoon baking powder

1 tablespoon salt

1/2 tablespoon black pepper

1 tablespoon paprika

1 cup steamed broccoli pieces

1/2 cup steamed carrots

1/2 cup corn

200 g grated cheese

240 ml milk

60 ml oil

Procedures :

1.Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl.

2.Incorporate the milk and oil mixture in the dry ingredients mixture.

3.Preheat the oven for 10 minutes at 180 degrees.

4.Place muffins in mould and bake for 25 minutes at 180 degrees.

5.Remove if knife comes out clean.
