
















Ingredients :
1 and 1/2 cup of rice
3 cups of water to cook the rice in a rice cooker
few crushed garlic
1/2 bowl of corns
1/2 bowl of peas
1/2 bowl of baby carrots
2 eggs beaten
some fried chicken pieces
few chopped yellow capsicum
1 teaspoon of Cantonese rice powder
Procedures :
1. Wash and rise thoroughly 1 and 1/2 cup of rice.
2. Add the raw rice in a rice cooker with 3 cups of water. Plug in the rice cooker and put on cook mode. The rice should be a long grain.
3.Beat 2 eggs and fry in some oil on both sides. Then slice the fried eggs.
4. For the chicken, please refer to KFC chicken style. Or you can just chopped some breast chicken, wash them, pat dry and fry on medium heat with some soy sauce.
5. Chop some capsicum reserve.
6. Put frozen corns, peas and baby carrots in 3 different bowls half filled.
7. Crush some garlic pieces.
8. Put some oil in a large pan that is deep.
9. Heat some oil.
10. Fry on medium heat some crushed garlic. Cook for few minutes.
11. Add the peas, carrots, corns. Cook for few minutes.
12. Add the eggs and chicken pieces. Cook for few minutes.
13. Add 1 teaspoon of cantonese powder.
14.Mix everything and cook.
15. Slowly add the remaining rice little by little. If there is some extra white rice do not keep adding to the pan. Balance the quantity of vegetables, egg, chicken with the amount of rice. Cook for a few minutes.
Serve with some tomato chutney!
