



Ingredients :
1 small cauliflower
2 tablespoon of masala powder
1 bowl of water
1 tomato
some curry leaves
few peas
oil
salt
Procedures :
1. Wash a cauliflower. Cut the cauliflower head individually from the whole cauliflower, Remove the harder skin.
2.Plunge the small individual cauliflower heads in water. Add salt and vinegar to soak the cauliflower heads for 1 hour or more to remove any impurities.
3. After soaking, strain the water and wash again the cauliflower.
4.In a pressure cooker, heat some oil.
5. Put 2 spoons of masala powder and fry in the oil.
6. Add a bowl of water and cook the masala powder. The powder should become fluid and should not be thick and should not have lumps.
7. Add the cauliflower heads. Cook for some minutes and stir.
8.Chop one tomato thinly. Add the tomato slices to the cauliflower being cooked. Cook on medium flame. Stir.
9. Add a few curry leaves and some peas. Stir.
10. If needed add some water to have the cauliflower with more masala sauce.
11.Add salt to your taste.
12. Stir.
13.Close the lid of pressure cooking and allow to cook for a few minutes.
14.After 2 whistles check the softness of cauliflower.
15.If soft and well cooked served with rice or bread.
16.If cauliflower heads are still hard, cook for more minutes by closing the lid.
