Cauliflower paneer curry

Ingredients :

1 small cauliflower

1 cup diced paneer

Cooking cream

Salt

Water

Fennel seeds

Tomatoes

Coriander leaves

1 tbsp turmeric powder.

Procedures :

1.Dice the cauliflower into small flower pieces and remove slightly the external hard skin of the branches. Wash thoroughly and place in vinegar to remove any microbes for 1 hour.

2. Defrost frozen paneer, dice them in cubes. Reserve.

3. After one hour, parboil for 5 minutes the cauliflowers. Strain afterwards.

4. Cut tomatoes in thin slices.

5. In a pressure cooker, put some oil. Fry tomato slices, paneer cubes, some fennel seeds, few curry leaves, few mustard seeds and turmeric powder..

6. After that, add cauliflower. Put some water and cook everything. After some 10 minutes of cooking, add heavy milk, stir and cook again. Close the pressure cooker and in one whistle, the cauliflower and paneer mix will have cooked and soften.

7. Serve hot with paratha, fish and salad.
