Chayote in cooking cream

Ingredients :

1 chayote

2. Heavy 3-4 tbsp cooking cream

3. Parsley, thyme or coriander leaves

4.Onion

5. oil

Procedures:

1.Dice the chayote in cubes.

2. Put some water in a pressure cooker, add the chayote with some salt. Cook till chayote becomes tender.

3. Strain the water and take out the chayote. Set aside till cool.

4.In a pan, stir fry in oil some onions, parsley or thyme and add the heavy cooking cream. A nice fragrance will be felt.

5. Then add the chayote to the mix and cook for some minutes on medium flame.

6. Serve chayote with white sauce along with bread slices.
