Cheese bagel

Ingredients :

Parbaked cheese bagels from store.

Either :

  1. blueberries fruits and blueberry jam

Or :

2. Eggs and beetroot with mustard sauce

Or :

3. Fried fish, cucumber, tomatoes and brede cresson or any other leafy vegetables

Procedures :

  1. Bake the parbaked cheese bagels for 4-5 minutes at 180 degrees in an oven.
  2. For the inside filling, you can spread blueberry jam and add blueberries fruits inside. Enjoy with a fruit juice or tea for a breakfast!
  3. For the inside filling, you can hard boil one egg, cut into slices and add salt and pepper. You can boil grated beetroot with salt and strain. Then inside the cheese bagel place the beetroots, egg slices and mustard sauce. Enjoy for a lunch!
  4. For the inside filling, you can add fried fillet fish in curcuma, tomato slices, cucumbers and any veggie leaf. Enjoy for dinner!
