Chicken barbecue sauce

Ingredients :

500g chicken pieces

water for boiling

Marination : 1 tbsp garam masala, 1 tbsp of paprika powder, 1/2 cup yogurt, 2-3 tbsp ginger garlic paste, herbs, salt, honey, olive oil, barbecue sauce 1/2 bowl

Procedures :

  1. Wash and rinse each chicken piece. Remove the outer skin of fat. Place the chicken in boiling water for 5 minutes. Remove. Pat dry. With a knife slightly open cut the top surface of the chicken skin. So the inside can easily have heat to cook.
  2. Place the chicken pieces in a bowl and marinate with all the ingredients : 1 tbsp garam masala, 1 tbsp of paprika powder, 1/2 cup yogurt, 2-3 tbsp ginger garlic paste, herbs, salt, honey, olive oil, barbecue sauce 1/2 bowl
  3. Allow the chicken to be marinated for some 5 hours.
  4. After 5 hours, place an aluminium foil over the tray.
  5. Put the marinated chicken on the oven tray.
  6. Bake at 200 degrees for 20 minutes.
  7. Turn the chicken upside down at 10 minutes of cooking. (to allow cooking on both sides)
  8. Serve hot with bread or rice or paratha!
