Chicken cutlets

Ingredients :

6 pieces of chicken breast

Garlic & ginger paste

Cinnamon powder

Coriander leaves

1 egg

Breadcrumbs

Procedures :

1.Wash thoroughly the chicken breast pieces and dry them.

2.Marinate the chicken with paste of garlic and ginger, salt, cinnamon powder. Leave to rest for 1 hour.

3. Cut the chicken into small pieces and place them in a mixer grinder till they become a soft paste. Add coriander leaves.

4. Make flat chicken patties, roll each one in egg and then in breadcrumbs.

5. Deep fry the chicken patties. Serve with tomato, chilli sauce or mayonnaise accompanied with bread.
