
Ingredients :
1 cup of chickpea or kabuli gram
½ bowl of masala powder
1 tablespoon of turmeric powder
Salt
Procedures :
1.Soak 1 cup of chickpea overnight.
2. In the morning, wash and rinse the chickpeas. Put the chickpeas in a pressure cooker with water and salt. Cook the chickpeas till tender. Set aside and reserve.
3. In ½ a bowl put masala powder and turmeric powder, Add water to fill in the bowl. Stir till there is no lumps.
4. In a saucepan, add oil and fry the masala to cook it. Add more water till it is light consistency and not solid.
5. Add water (from chickpeas in the pressure cooker) to cook the masala in saucepan even more and make a sauce.
6. Add all the chickpeas and cook again. Stir without breaking the chickpeas.
7. Sprinkle top of chickpeas masala curry with coriander leaves. Serve hot.
