Chinese style rice bowl

Ingredients :

For the rice

1 cup of rice

2 cups of Water

For the stir fry chicken

Chicken breast 4 pieces

Garlic ginger paste

Cinnamon powder

Honey

Salt

Pepper

Herbs

Soy sauce

1 pak choi leaves

Add ons- pineapple, mushroom, fried egg

Procedures:

1.Wash thoroughly one cup of rice. Place one cup of rice with two cups of water and cook for some 45 minutes.

2. Marinate chicken breast pieces that have been diced with garlic/ginger paste, salt, pepper, cinnamon powder, honey.

3. Stir fry in oil the chicken pieces and add pak choi leaves that have been washed.

4. Additional add-ons can be put to the stir fry like mushroom or pineapple.

5. Sprinkle a bit of barbecue soy sauce on the chicken.

6. An egg can be fried.

Chinese rice bowl set up

1.Take a small bowl and fill it with plain cooked rice. The rice should be evenly filled in the bowl to the top.

2. Turn the bowl of rice upside down on a plate such that the rice appears to be a hill,

3. Add the fried egg on top.

4. Add the stir fried chicken with pak choi leaves on top.

5. Serve hot.
