Chips allumettes

Ingredients :

1 packet of chips allumettes Mc cain frozen

oil for frying

ketchup sauce or chili sauce to accompany

Procedures :

1. In a pan, put oil to heat for deep frying.
2. Take a handful portion of frozen chips and fry directly in hot oil.
3. Fry till golden for a few minutes.
4. Remove from pan after straining excess oil.
5. Serve hot with ketchup sauce, chili sauce, mustard sauce, mayonnaise or extra added salt on top!
