Chocolate bread with rice paper

Ingredients :

2 eggs

60 ml milk

2 tsp melted butter

1 tsp baking powder

Vanilla extract

Maple syrup

6 sheets of rice paper

4 bars of kitkat chocolate

Procedures :

  1. In a large bowl, beat 2 eggs.
  2. Add 60 ml milk to the eggs and beat again.
  3. Add 2 tsp of melted butter to the mixture.
  4. Add 1 tsp baking powder. Mix.
  5. Add drops of vanilla extract. Mix.
  6. Add a bit of maple syrup up of your choice. Mix.
  7. Take 1 sheet of rice paper and plunge it in the egg mixture. Make sure the rice paper is spread with the egg mixture all over.
  8. Add half of a kitkat bar over the rice paper and fold 4 times on itself.
  9. Repeat same procedure for all 6 rice paper sheets.
  10. Put all rice papers in a tray and air fry in an oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
