
Ingredients :
300g boneless chicken
Handful of Bok choy leaves
1 onion
1 carrot
Handful of canned baby corns
2 pieces of garlic crushed
Salt to taste
3 tablespoon of corn flour or maizena
Pepper 1 teaspoon
3 tablespoon of soy sauce
2 tablespoon Oyster sauce
1 tablespoon sugar
Water
Oil for frying
Procedures :
Step 1
Step 1: Chicken and vegetables preparation
- Wash the boneless chicken. Cut chicken into small pieces.
- Marinate chicken pieces with salt, pepper, 2 tablespoon of soy sauce. Reserve for 15 minutes.
- Wash and clean all vegetables. -onions, carrots, bak choy leaves, canned babycorns, garlic
- Cut bak choy leaves into smaller parts.
- Peel and cut carrots into circular shape
- Cut each baby corns into halves.
- Cut onions into large pieces.
Step 2
Step 2 : Preparation of sauce
In a bowl put 3 tablespoon of soy sauce, 3 tablespoon of corn flour, 2 tablespoon of oyster sauce, salt to taste, 1/2 glass of water, pinch of salt, 1 tablespoon sugar, pinch of pepper combine all to make sauce.

Step 3 : Cooking of Chop Suey
- In a pan, heat 5 tablespoon of oil.
- Add crushed garlic and fry.
- Cook marinated chicken till tender.
- During the cooking process, add all vegetables (onions, vegetables, carrots, leaves, babycorns. Cook again for a few minutes over medium flame.
- Sprinkle little by little all the sauce for chop suey over the chicken and vegetable. Stir then cook again for a few minutes. To have more sauce add water and cook till boiling reached.
Serve chicken chop suey with rice or bread.
