






Ingredients :
125g white flour
50g sugar
¼ teaspoon soda bicarbonate
½ teaspoon baking soda
60g plain yogurt
1 egg
60 ml liquid milk
30 g melted butter
1 tbspoon vanilla essence
Procedures :
1.Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl ( 125g white flour sifted, 50g sugar, ¼ tsp soda bicarbonate, ½ tsp baking soda) and whisk with a hand or electric whisker
2. Combine the wet ingredients in another bowl (1 beaten egg, 60 ml milk, 30g melted butter and 1 tbs vanilla essence).
3. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients little by little. Whisk again till the paste is runny.
4.Grease a doughnut tray. Pour the runny batter in the tray.
5. Preheat the oven for 180 degrees 10 minutes.
6. Bake the doughnuts till golden brown at 180 degrees for 15 minutes. Check the baking till the stick inserted comes out clean.
7. Mix icing sugar and cinnamon powder. Roll each doughnut in the cinnamon and sugar icing for a coating.
