









Ingredients :
1 tin of corn mutton
3 chopped tomatoes
ginger/garlic paste
few thyme leaves
some chopped coriander
2 tbsp oil
Optional : chili/ salt
Procedures :
1. Open a can of corn mutton.
2. Dice the corn mutton in small squares and fry them in one tbsp oil in a pan.
3. Wash 3 tomatoes and slice them.
4. In a pan, add 2 tablespoon oil. Fry ginger/garlic paste, add thyme leaves and stir for a few minutes.
5. Add the slices of tomatoes and cook. It will become a bit fluid after some time. Optional to add salt to tomatoes.
6. Add in the fried corn mutton in the tomatoes. Keep stirring and cook for some more minutes.
7. Spread coriander leaves over the top of the corn mutton.
Serve hot with bread or rice/dhall etc
