Corn pudding

Ingredients :

1 cup corn (powdered form)

1.5 cup of water

½ cup of liquid milk

3 tbsp of unsalted butter

¼ cup sugar

1 pinch of yellow food colour

1 tbsp of vanilla essence

Freshly grated coconut

Procedures :

1.Soak the corn for a few hours. Wash and rinse till water becomes clear.

2. Melt 3 tbsp unsalted butter in low flame in a pan.

3. Put 1 cup corn in the pan and stir.

4. Add 1.5 cup of water. Continue stirring.

5. Add ½ cup of liquid milk. Keep stirring.

6. Add a pinch of yellow food colour.

7. Add 1 tbsp of vanilla essence.

8. Keep stirring the corn till all liquid evaporates and corn starts to detach from pan.

9. Pour the corn in a glass vessel/container. Let it set. Allow to cool.

10. Add freshly grated coconut on top of corn pudding.
