Croissant cheese

Ingredients :

1 packet of frozen puff pastry from store

Cheese slices cut into dices

Kraft cheese spread

black sesame

1 beaten egg

Procedures :

1.Defrost one packet of frozen puff pastry for one hour. After the defrost then the croissant can be made.

2. Open into full circle.

3.Using a knife spread kraft cheese over the surface.

4.Using a knife cut vertically one line, then cut one line horizontally, then cut diagonally right and diagonally left. Triangular shape of the puff pastry will be formed.

5.Add cheese cubes over each triangle.

6.Roll each triangle, starting from the larger side and roll till the small side of the triangle.

7.Brush each surface of croissant with egg.

8.Sprinkle black sesame seeds over the croissant.

9.Place each croissant in a baking tray.

10. Bake the croissant at 200 degrees for 25-30 minutes but check the cooking process from time to time. The cheese croissant should turn golden brown! Enjoy.
