Crumbed fish fillet

Ingredients :

6 crumbed Hake fillet fish portions

oil

Procedures :

Defrost the fish fillet first then proceed with the following steps.

  1. Sprinkle oil on the surface of an oven baking tray.
  2. Place the portions of crumbed Hake fillet fish on the oily surface of tray.
  3. Use a knife to prickle each fish so the inside is cooked well.
  4. Bake the fish at 190 degrees for 20 minutes. But at 10 minutes of cooking, turn each fish fillet upside down then continue baking for another 10 minutes.

The fish fillet portions can be accompanied with tomato salad, cucumber slices and chili sauce/ mayonnaise!! Enjoy.
