






Ingredients :
2 cups self-raising flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
3/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup oil
3/4 cup milk
1 plain yogurt pot of 125 g
Vanilla essence
Procedures :
a) Mix wet ingredients in a bowl ( 3/4 cup milk, 3/4 cup oil, 1 plain yogurt pot of 125g)
b) Add 2 cups of self-raising flour
c) Add baking soda and baking powder
d) Add vanilla essence
e) Mix well all ingredients till the batter is runny and without lumps.
f) Pour the batter in cupcake.
g) Bake for 15-20 minutes at 180 degrees.
Optional : add sugar syrup (boiled water and sugar) over the cup cake and sprinkle chocolate over them.
