Curry jacques

Ingredients :

1/2 kg of jacques

1 potato

water

oil

ginger/garlic paste

1 tomato

coriander leaves

Procedures :

1.Wash thoroughly the jacques vegetables. Cut into dices and remove the seeds. Reserve.

2.Peel off one potato and cut into dices. Wash thoroughly.

3.In a pressure cooker, add some oil. Fry ginger/garlic paste. Add some chopped tomatoes and cook till soft.

4. Add the cut jacques and potato dices.

5.Add some salt.

6.Add one small bowl of water to cook. Stir.

7.Close the lid of the pressure cooker.

8.Wait for 3 whistles till the jacques and potato dices are soft and well cooked.

9.Add on top some coriander leaves.

Serve hot with rice or bread or puris!
