Ingredients :
2 tablespoon of custard powder
2 tablespoon agar agar powder
1/4 cup liquid milk
2 cups milk
1/4 cup sugar
Mint leaves
1 mango
Procedures :
1.Mix 2 tbsp of custard powder with 2 tbsp of agar agar powder and 1/4 cup of liquid milk till there is no lump.
2. Put 2 cups of milk with sugar on low flame.
3. Little by little add the custard mixture to cook with the milk and sugar.
4. Keep stirring on low flame till the custard thickens. Allow to cool in a dessert bowl.
5. Add 1 mango slice and mint leaf on top.
