Ingredients :
1 puff pastry frozen (Pate feuilleté surgelé)
6-8 tablespoon of milk
6-7 medium well riped bananas
2-3 tablespoon brown sugar
1 tbsp vanilla essence
2 tbspoon cocoa powder
Procedures :
1.Peel off the bananas, crush them with a fork.
2. Place the crushed bananas in a pan over medium heat, add 2 tablespoon of brown sugar, 1 tablespoon of vanilla essence, 2 tablespoon of cocoa powder. Keep stirring till the mixture is cooked. Reserve till cool.
3. Wait for some time till the frozen puff pastry defrosts and becomes malleable.
4. With a rolling pin, flatten the puff pastry and make a square out of it. With a knife, cut 4cm width to make long thin rectangles. 7.Allow to cool.
