











Ingredients :
1 fish capitaine frozen
turmeric
chili powder
garam masala
lemon juice
salt
oil
ginger, garlic, curry leaves
coconut milk
Procedures :
- Defrost fish capitaine, wash and cut into slices.
- Marinate fish with turmeric powder, chili powder, masala powder, lemon juice and salt.
- Heat oil in pan. Fry grated ginger, garlic, curry leaves, .
- Add fish. Fry in medium heat.
- Add small carton box of 200ml coconut milk.
- Cook slowly till fish is tender.
