Fish in coconut milk

Ingredients :

1 fish capitaine frozen

turmeric

chili powder

garam masala

lemon juice

salt

oil

ginger, garlic, curry leaves

coconut milk

Procedures :

  1. Defrost fish capitaine, wash and cut into slices.
  2. Marinate fish with turmeric powder, chili powder, masala powder, lemon juice and salt.
  3. Heat oil in pan. Fry grated ginger, garlic, curry leaves, .
  4. Add fish. Fry in medium heat.
  5. Add small carton box of 200ml coconut milk.
  6. Cook slowly till fish is tender.
