Flan chocolat

For 4 cups of chocolate dessert

Ingredients :

1 LKS chocolate flan powder from store

1/2 litres of cold water

8 cherries

8 mint leaves for decoration

Procedures:

1. In a pan, pour 1/2 litres of cold milk.

2. Empty the LKS chocolate powder in the cold milk.

3. With a hand whisk, keep mixing till there is no lump. Bring to boil over medium heat.

4.After boiling has reached, pour the chocolate liquid milk into 4 moulds.

5. Allow to cool for some time.

6. Then place in refrigerator for one hour or more till the chocolate flan has set.

7. You can now demould in plates.

8. Wash cherries and cut into halves. Decorate on each flan.

9. Wash mint leaves. Decorate each leaf over the flan along with the cherries.

10. Serve cold.
