


Ingredients :
1 small green papaya that would be grated
1/2 cup sugar or as per your taste
2 cups of water
1/2 cup milk powder
1/2 baton agar agar en paille.
Procedures :
1.Wash a small green papaya.
2. Cut the papaya into 2 halves.
3. Grate the small green papaya and put in a bowl.
4. In a pan, put some water and heat it. Add 1/2 stick of agar agar and cook till ‘la paille/gelatine’ is melted. When the water is hot, add grated green papaya. Stir. Cover the lid of pan.
5. Cook grated papaya in water for some 5-8 minutes.
6. When the papaya is cooked, add 1/2 cup of powdered milk and stir. Cook again for a few 2-3 minutes.
7. Pour the flan papaye in a glassware and allow to cool. Leave to rest for one hour.
Serve flan papaye vert with scoop of ice cream or gauffrette.
