








Ingredients :
1 packet of Eagle brand Flan vanilla
115 ml water
1 egg
sugar dissolve in water to make caramel sauce- optional
Procedures :
1. In a bowl, empty the powdered flan vanilla.
2. Add 115 ml of room temperature water.
3. Add an egg. Beat the mixture with a knife.
4. Have a flan vessel. Butter slightly the inside of vessel. Pour in the flan mixture.
5. Steam for 15 minutes in a steamer. Allow to cool.
6. Demold the dessert on a plate. Serve cold.
Optional to cook sugar with some water to make a caramel sauce!
