







Ingredients :
200 g flour
50 g self-raising flour
50g milk powder
60 g sugar
2 tbsp ghee
a pinch of salt
room temperature water to make dough
1 bowl white sesame seeds
oil for frying
Procedures :
- Mix 200g flour with 50g self-raising flour, 50 g milk powder, 2 tbsp ghee, a pinch of salt and 60 g sugar. Mix everything with the fingers.
- Add enough water little by little to form a dough not too soft and not too hard.
- Make small round balls with the dough.
- Take each ball, place in water and remove quickly, then roll the same ball over sesame seeds. Repeat for all balls.
- Put oil to heat in a deep frying pan.
- Fry on low heat.
