

Ingredients :
1/2 kg gram beans
water
salt
2-3 onions
curry leaves
oil
Procedures :
1.In a pressure cooker, pour in water half filled and insert already washed gram beans.
2. Add salt.
3. Close the lid of pressure cooker and cook on medium flame. After blowing of whistle, remove pressure cooker from heat, check whether the beans have become tender.
4.In another pan, heat some oil.
5.Sauteed the onions and curry leaves.
6.Add the gram beans to the pan and let cook for a few minutes again.
Serve with tea. It is a good source of protein!
