


















Ingredients :
1 L milk
300 g approx of carrots
2 tbsp ghee
condensed milk to taste
few handful of raisins
1 tsp cardamom powder
Few cashew nuts cut into pieces
Slices of almond
Procedures :
- Grate carrots till you get 300 g approximately. Put aside.
- Put 1 litre milk to boil.
- As milk starts to boil, add the grated carrots and cook by stirring.
- While cooking, add condensed milk to taste.
- Add few or handful raisins.
- Add cut pieces of cashew nuts.
- Add cardamom powder.
- Cook everything till the carrots and milk become a thick mixture.
- Add almond pieces over halwa.
- Gajar ka halwa (Halwa carrot) can be served hot or chilled as dessert.
