






Ingredients :
- Two parts of jackfruit
- One tomato
- One potato
- One onion
- Few coriander leaves
- Few curry leaves
- Ginger garlic paste
- Salt
- 1 tbsp garam masala
- 1 tbsp turmeric powder
Procedures :
- Cut two large pieces of a whole jackfruit. Wash thoroughly.
- Cut into small parts.
- Cut 1 tomato into pieces.
- Peel and cut one potato.
- In a pressure cooker, heat oil in medium flame.
- Fry onion, tomatoes in pressure cooker.
- Add 1 tbsp of ginger garlic paste, add turmeric powder, add 1 tbsp of garam masala. Mix.
- Add potatoes and jackfruit pieces.
- Add 1 small bowl of water.
- Add salt
- Close the lid of pressure cooker and allow to cook in medium flame.
- Wait for 3 whistles, open pressure cooker.
- Check for tenderness of jackfruit and potatoes.
- if cooked, sprinkle some coriander leaves over the top.
