

Ingredients :
300 g boneless breast chicken
chicken marination : Garlic ginger paste, salt, pepper
kentucky style marination : 2 cups white flour , 3 tablespoon cornflour, paprika powder, salt
2 eggs
Procedures :
- Wash chicken breasts. Slice the chicken long and thick as chicken in picture above.
- Marinate each chicken slice with ginger garlic paste, salt and pepper. Leave to marinate for 30 minutes.
- In another bowl, put 2 cups of white flour, 3 tablespoon of cornflour, 2 -3 tablespoon of paprika powder and salt. Mix everything.
- Beat the two eggs in a bowl.
- Take a chicken slice and brush both sides with eggs in the bowl.
- Dip the chicken in the kentucky style flour marination.
- In a pan pour oil. Wait for oil to become hot. Deep fry the chicken slice (by turning both sides) in medium heat till golden brown. Repeat the process for each chicken slice.
