Leek soup

Ingredients :

2-3 large leeks

Butter

Salt

Water

Procedures :

1.Wash the 2-3 leek, remove roots and cut into small pieces.

2. Soak pieces of leek in vinegar for some 20 minutes.

3. Wash again.

4.Place the pieces of leek in a pressure cooker. Add water, salt, 2-3 teaspoon butter.

5. Close the lid of pressure cooker. Allow to cook on medium flame.

6. With a hand held mixer, mix the cooked leek till a creamy green consistency.
