Lentils soup

Ingredients :

1 cup of lentils

4 cups of water

Diced carrots, tomatoes, onions, leek leaves

1 thyme

salt

1 teaspoon of turmeric powder

1 tablespoon of halim powder

3 tablespoon of oil

Procedures :

1.Look out for insects and stones in the lentils and remove them.

2. Wash thoroughly one cup of black lentils and reserve.

3.Chop all the vegetables -tomatoes, carrots, leek, onions.

4.Wash a thyme leaf

5.In a pressure cooker, add 3 tablespoon of oil. Fry on medium heat, onions, tomatoes, carrots, leek leaves.

6.Add one cup of washed black lentils. Stir.

7.Add 4 cups of water.

8.Add one teaspoon of turmeric powder.

9.Add one teaspoon of halim powder.

10. Add a pinch of salt.

11.Close the pressure cooker and allow the lentils to cook in the boiling water.

12.After a few whistles, check the softness of the lentils.

13.Serve hot as lentils soup!
