200g self raising flour
100 g sugar
3 eggs
100g melted butter
50g liquid milk
50 g honey
Procedures :
- In a bowl, whisk 3 eggs.
- Add 50g liquid milk. Whisk.
- Add 50g melted butter. Whisk.
- Add 50g honey. Whisk. It will be soft and runny batter.
- Add 100g sugar to the mixture.
- Grease a madeleine mold.
- Pour batter in madeleine mold.
- Pre heat oven at 180 degrees.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes till golden brown.
- With a wooden stick, check if madeleine are well cooked inside.
