Madeleine cake

Ingredients :

200g self raising flour

100 g sugar

3 eggs

100g melted butter

50g liquid milk

50 g honey

Procedures :

  1. In a bowl, whisk 3 eggs.
  2. Add 50g liquid milk. Whisk.
  3. Add 50g melted butter. Whisk.
  4. Add 50g honey. Whisk. It will be soft and runny batter.
  5. Add 100g sugar to the mixture.
  6. Grease a madeleine mold.
  7. Pour batter in madeleine mold.
  8. Pre heat oven at 180 degrees.
  9. Bake for 12-15 minutes till golden brown.
  10. With a wooden stick, check if madeleine are well cooked inside.
