Magic bowl

Ingredients :

For the rice:

1 cup rice for 2 cups of water

For the chicken :

100 g breast chicken without bones

marination of chicken : ginger garlic paste, salt, pepper

For the veggies :

veggies : corns, carrots, onions

For the egg :

1 fried egg

For the sauce :

  • corn flour, soy sauce, oyster sauce and water

salt for chicken and veggies only

Procedures :

  1. Wash thoroughly 1 cup of rice. In a rice cooker, put 1 cup of rice to be cooked with 2 cups of water.
  2. Fry an egg. Reserve.
  3. Cut chicken breast into smaller pieces. Wash thoroughly and marinate with ginger garlic paste, salt and pepper. Then fry the chicken.
  4. Sautee cut vegetables – onions, carrots and corns along with the chicken.
  5. In a bowl prepare sauce- water, oyster sauce and mushroom soy sauce. Add some corn flour. Mix.
  6. Add the sauce to the sauteed chicken and vegetables. Allow to cook for a few minutes.
  7. In a bowl, add the fried egg at the bottom. Put some rice over the egg. Then add the sauce with the chicken and veggies.
  8. Cover the bowl with a plate. Now turn the bowl upside down such that the egg comes on top. This is the magic bowl!
