















Ingredients :
For the rice:
1 cup rice for 2 cups of water
For the chicken :
100 g breast chicken without bones
marination of chicken : ginger garlic paste, salt, pepper
For the veggies :
veggies : corns, carrots, onions
For the egg :
1 fried egg
For the sauce :
- corn flour, soy sauce, oyster sauce and water
salt for chicken and veggies only
Procedures :
- Wash thoroughly 1 cup of rice. In a rice cooker, put 1 cup of rice to be cooked with 2 cups of water.
- Fry an egg. Reserve.
- Cut chicken breast into smaller pieces. Wash thoroughly and marinate with ginger garlic paste, salt and pepper. Then fry the chicken.
- Sautee cut vegetables – onions, carrots and corns along with the chicken.
- In a bowl prepare sauce- water, oyster sauce and mushroom soy sauce. Add some corn flour. Mix.
- Add the sauce to the sauteed chicken and vegetables. Allow to cook for a few minutes.
- In a bowl, add the fried egg at the bottom. Put some rice over the egg. Then add the sauce with the chicken and veggies.
- Cover the bowl with a plate. Now turn the bowl upside down such that the egg comes on top. This is the magic bowl!
