Malai paneer curry

Ingredients :

200 g malai paneer

4-5 spoons of oil for frying

3-4 curry leaves

1 tbsp ginger garlic paste

1 cup tomato puree

200 ml coconut milk

1 pinch of salt

1/2 tsp of cumin powder

Procedures :

  1. Defrost 200 g of paneer
  2. Put oil to heat in a pan.
  3. Add curry leaves and fry in oil.
  4. Add 1 tbsp of ginger garlic paste and fry.
  5. Add 1 cup of tomato puree.

6. Add 1/2 tsp ground cumin.

7.Add salt to taste.

8. Pour 200 ml coconut milk in the malai paneer mixture. Mix.

9. Cook over medium flame by constantly turning the spatula.
