

















Ingredients :
2 cups of plain white flour
1 cup of semolina (greau)
1/4 cup of sugar
1 tbsp of fennel seeds
1 tbsp freshly crushed cardamom powder
1 tsp baking powder
600 ml lukewarm milk
Procedures:
- In a bowl, sift 2 cups of white flour.
- Add 1 cup of semolina to the flour.
- Add 1/4 cup of sugar.
- Add 1 tbsp of fennel seeds.
- Add 1 tbsp of crushed cardamom powder.
- Add 1 tsp of baking powder.
- Add a small bowl of raisins.
- Add 1 banana and mash it to the mixture.
- Add 600 ml lukewarm milk. Batter should be runny.
- In a frying pan, add oil and heat it.
- Using a laddle, take a portion of the batter. Put in oil to fry.
- Fry till both sides have become golden.
Serve hot with tea or coffee or milk!
