Medu vada GITS

Ingredients :

1 packet of GITS Medu Vada

Water

Coriander leaves

Procedures :

  1. In a bowl, add the content of the medu vada packet.
  2. Add 220 ml of water to form a dough. Mix.
  3. Leave the dough to rest for 15-20 minutes.
  4. Then add fresh coriander leaves to the dough.
  5. Make flat round shape with the dough and make a hole inside each dough.
  6. Deep fry in oil.
