





Ingredients :
1 packet of GITS Medu Vada
Water
Coriander leaves
Procedures :
- In a bowl, add the content of the medu vada packet.
- Add 220 ml of water to form a dough. Mix.
- Leave the dough to rest for 15-20 minutes.
- Then add fresh coriander leaves to the dough.
- Make flat round shape with the dough and make a hole inside each dough.
- Deep fry in oil.
