Mini pizza veg

Ingredients :

For Pizza dough

2 cups flour

1 tbsp salt

1/8 cup oil

3/4 cup hot water

1/2 tbsp sugar

1 packet of yeast

Optional : 1 small cup of semolina just to roll in the dough to avoid stickiness

For veg filling

Mozzarella cheese, handful of corns, handful of peas and ketchup (or cooked tomato in sauce )

Optional : italian herbs, capsicum, baby corns, green or dark olives, mushrooms and onions or pineapple.

Procedures :

1. In a large flat vessel, add 2 cups of white flour, sieve the flour. Add 1 tbsp of salt and 1/8 cup of oil. Stir and mix.

2. In a pan, heat water. Use only 3/4 cup of the hot water and add it in a bowl. Add 1/2 tablespoon of sugar and 1 packet of yeast. Stir and mix. Let the mixture rest for 15 minutes.

3. Then, add the yeast mixture to the flour and make a dough. Do not knead too much. The dough should neither be too hard nor too soft. Leave the dough to rest for some 2 hours till it increases in size.

4. After 2 hours, flatten the dough with a roller.

5.Use a small round shape cutter to cut mini pizzas dough.

6. Optional : to roll the disc round shape dough over some semolina to avoid the dough to stick.

7. Place a baking sheet over a baking tray.

8. Lay each disc of pizza dough one after the other but keep a small distance in between.

9. Roll the borders of each disc on its inside.

10. Add ketchup or cooked tomatoes in sauce.

11. Then add frozen peas and corns on top of the tomato ketchup.

12.Then add mozzarella.

Optional : italian herbs, capsicum, baby corns, green or dark olives, mushrooms and onions or pineapple.

Preheat oven at 210 degrees for 10 minutes

Bake the mini pizza veg at 210 degrees over 10 minutes.
