








Ingredients :
1.For vanilla mousse
1.packet of vanilla agar agar powder – 80g powder
2. (500 ml ) cold water
3. liquid milk to your taste

2. For strawberry mousse
1. Packet of strawberry agar agar powder 80g
2. (500 ml) water
3. Liquid milk to your taste

Procedures
- Before starting, spray lightly some cooking oil in the dessert mold – silicone, plastic or metal.
- In a pan, add 500 ml of cold water. Dissolve the vanilla agar agar powder with a spoon. Then add liquid milk to your taste and bring the mixture to boil.
- After boiling, pour the liquid hot vanilla agar agar in a dessert mold. Allow to set at room temperature. One hour max.
- Then in another pan, add 500 ml of water. Dissolve the strawberry agar agar powder with a spoon. Add liquid milk to your taste and bring the mixture to boil.
- Once the vanilla agar agar has set in the mold, pour the strawberry hot liquid over the already set vanilla agar agar. Allow the strawberry mousse to set at room temperature for one hour.
- Once both flavours have set, refrigerate the dessert for 12 hours. Then demold by inserting the vanilla/strawberry mousse mold in a larger recipient of warm water.
Serve chill with fruits or Chantilly cream!
