Nankatai cardamom biscuits

Ingredients :

1 cup all purpose flour

1/2 cup bessan

2 1/2 tablespoon semolina

1/2 cup icing sugar

1/2 cup unsalted butter

Pinch of salt

Pinch of cardamom powder

Procedures :

  1. Mix all above ingredients to make a soft dough.
  2. Make small balls.
  3. Flatten them with palm of hands.
  4. Apply a fork gently on each flattened nankatai to make a design.
  5. Place the nankatai in a metal tray over baking paper.
  6. . Bake for 170 degrees for 30 minutes.
  7. Check the cooking so the biscuits do not burn.
