

Ingredients :
1 cup all purpose flour
1/2 cup bessan
2 1/2 tablespoon semolina
1/2 cup icing sugar
1/2 cup unsalted butter
Pinch of salt
Pinch of cardamom powder
Procedures :
- Mix all above ingredients to make a soft dough.
- Make small balls.
- Flatten them with palm of hands.
- Apply a fork gently on each flattened nankatai to make a design.
- Place the nankatai in a metal tray over baking paper.
- . Bake for 170 degrees for 30 minutes.
- Check the cooking so the biscuits do not burn.
